How can I download ColorCross?
Download the iOS app from the App Store, or the Android APK from our website.
Are my records safe?
Records are sent over HTTPS, and personal media uses private storage with short-lived signed access. The system and AI services process only the content needed for features you choose to use. Staff do not proactively view records unless you authorize access or access is required for security or legal obligations. We do not sell your content.
Will AI judge what I write?
No. ColorCross's AI principle is to understand first and avoid judgment. It responds gently instead of labeling or lecturing you.
How do I delete my data?
Use Me > Account > Delete account in the app. If you cannot access the app, use the account-deletion page on our website. We normally delete or anonymize data within 30 days, except records that must be retained by law.
