Copyright Notice

v1.4 · Revised September 7, 2026; effective September 12, 2026

This page explains copyright in ColorCross software and original works, user content, AI-generated content, and complaints. ColorCross is independently developed by Beijing Huodudu Technology Co., Ltd.

1. Software copyright

Beijing Huodudu Technology Co., Ltd. lawfully owns copyright in the ColorCross software work. Except where law permits or we separately authorize in writing, no one may copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use the app or its original content beyond authorization. All rights reserved.

2. Original interface and content works

Copyright in original interfaces, illustrations, icons, copy, documentation, and promotional materials belongs to Beijing Huodudu Technology Co., Ltd. or the relevant lawful licensor. Those works may not be copied, adapted, distributed, or commercially used beyond legal exceptions without permission. Third-party content remains the property of its owners; reference to a third party does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

3. Rights in user content

You or the lawful rights holder retain the legal rights in original text, voice, images, videos and other content submitted through the app, and you must ensure that you have the right to submit and use that content. We do not acquire ownership by providing storage, AI processing or display features. The limited processing license needed to provide the service is set out in Section 6 of the User Agreement. It does not permit us to publish, sell or independently commercialize your private content outside the purposes of the service.

4. AI-generated content

Rights in AI-generated content depend on applicable law and actual creative contribution. We do not claim copyright in purely automated output that does not legally qualify as a work. Before public distribution or commercial use, verify facts, permissions for source materials, personal information, likeness rights and other rights. Do not present AI output as a professional conclusion or use it unlawfully.

5. Infringement complaints

If you believe content in ColorCross infringes copyright, portrait, reputation, privacy, or another lawful right, email your name or organization, valid contact details, the content location, evidence of your rights or authorization, a specific explanation, and a signed authenticity statement. We will review complete materials promptly, may request supplements, and will take legally appropriate measures such as deletion, link removal, or display restriction when infringement is confirmed.

6. Third-party components and open source

Third-party software, fonts and other materials used in the app remain subject to their respective rights holders and license terms. This notice does not restrict rights expressly granted by open-source licenses, or claim proprietary ownership of third-party components, your private records or other people’s works. Share cards, reflection reports and exported content may combine user originals, third-party material and AI results. Use each part according to its own rights basis, preserving author attribution, license notices and AI labels required by law.
