User Agreement
v1.7 · Revised September 7, 2026; effective September 12, 2026
This Agreement explains how you may use ColorCross, including account rules, AI notices, user content, fees, intellectual property, disclaimers, and disputes. This English version is for reference; the Simplified Chinese version controls.
1. Parties and scope
This Agreement is between you and Beijing Huodudu Technology Co., Ltd. It applies to ColorCross multimodal records, AI topics and messages, reflection, goal reminders, optional Cross, membership, connected devices and notifications, and related services. Rules shown for a specific feature also form part of this Agreement.
2. Acceptance and changes
Before first use, we provide links to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy and ask for an explicit choice. Registering, signing in or continuing to use the service means accepting the then-current Agreement. Processing or billing that legally requires separate consent is confirmed separately. Material changes are shown prominently and provide a reasonable choice; where renewed consent is required, silence or continued use alone does not replace it. If you do not accept the revised terms, you may stop using the service and delete your account.
3. Account registration and use
Use a phone number you lawfully control and protect verification codes and signed-in devices. You may not transfer, rent, lend, sell, share, steal or impersonate accounts. Report a lost device or suspicious sign-in through Feedback or the contact email. ColorCross is not offered to children under 14, who must not register or use it. Users aged 14 to 17 should use the app with guardian guidance. Cross Beta is available only to users aged 18 or older.
4. Services
ColorCross provides personal records, timeline review, AI assistance, micro-actions, reports and statistics, text and media records, connected-device features, notifications, and optional goal recognition and reminders. You may turn off Recognize goals in conversations; future messages will no longer be recognized as goals, while manual goals and existing goals remain available. Features may change as the product evolves or law requires; material changes affecting your rights will be disclosed reasonably.
5. User conduct
When using the app, you agree not to engage in any of the following through it: 1. Violate applicable laws, regulations or regulatory requirements, including the Constitution, Criminal Law, National Security Law, Law on Guarding State Secrets, Data Security Law, Personal Information Protection Law, Cybersecurity Law and Public Security Administration Punishments Law of the People’s Republic of China. 2. Oppose the fundamental principles established by the Constitution; endanger national security, social stability, ethnic unity or national unity; or incite, organize, plan or participate in violent terrorism, extremism or cult activities. 3. Spread rumors, false information, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terrorism or content encouraging crime; incite ethnic hatred or discrimination or undermine ethnic unity; or insult, defame or infringe the lawful rights of others. 4. Upload or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, trade secrets, likeness rights, reputation, privacy or other lawful rights. 5. Conduct network attacks, web crawling, password cracking, injection or man-in-the-middle attacks, reverse engineering or unauthorized access; artificially inflate activity, conduct sham transactions or abuse promotional benefits; or register accounts in bulk or sell accounts. 6. Use the app to attract traffic, market, advertise or solicit sales, or conduct other commercial activities inconsistent with the intended service. 7. Use AI-generated content for fraud, forged evidence or identities, impersonation, unlawful content or harm to others. 8. Engage in any other conduct prohibited by laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, social ethics, public order or accepted standards of conduct. If we find such conduct, we may immediately restrict features, delete content, suspend your account, terminate service or pursue legal remedies without prior notice.
6. User content license
You or the lawful rights holder retain rights in original text, voice, images, videos and other submitted content. You grant us a free, non-exclusive, service-limited license to process that content only for features you choose, such as storage, sync, display, AI replies, goal recognition, review, backup and sharing. We may instruct contracted cloud, AI, payment or push providers to process only what those features require. We may not independently publish, sell or commercialize private content. Without separate consent, private records are not used to train third-party public models. The license ends after account deletion except for legally retained records and rotating backups.
7. AI service notice
AI replies, summaries, labels, micro-actions, reports, and goal recognition may be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. They support organization and companionship only and are not medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, legal, investment, educational, or other professional advice. Verify high-risk, destructive, or ambiguous operations. If there is an immediate risk of self-harm or harm to others, an acute mental or physical crisis, a legal dispute or a major financial decision, stop relying on AI output and immediately seek qualified professional or emergency help. Reminders depend on notification permissions, the device, network and system scheduling. Accuracy, timeliness and delivery are not guaranteed; reminders must not replace alarms, medical, emergency or safety-critical reminders. Depending on your AI-service choice, content and context needed for a request may be processed by ColorCross-managed services, your connected device, or the third-party AI service you selected. See the Privacy Policy and that provider's rules.
7A. Topic personalization and personal memory
To provide personalized replies in an AI topic you actively use, user messages in Records and AI topics become controllable account-scoped sources. They do not automatically become confirmed facts, and AI, system, and person-to-person connection messages are excluded by default. You may open, correct, exclude, or delete a source, and we do not use it to train third-party public models. The Personal Memory Retrieval setting is a separate optional enhanced capability and is off by default. Once enabled, it processes only records created or re-edited after activation; earlier records that have not been edited are not processed automatically. You may turn it off and delete the enhanced retrieval data at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7B. ColorCross Cross Beta special terms
Cross Beta is an experimental feature released gradually to users aged 18 or older. It is off by default and does not affect basic records, messages, goals, or review services. You must actively opt in after the feature becomes available and may opt out at any time. Historical records do not participate by default; if a historical-data option is offered, it requires a separate affirmative choice. Cross uses generalized LifePoint-derived features to create non-real-time, probabilistic intersections and explanations. Results may be incomplete, wrong, outdated, or caused by common features. They do not prove identity, a real-world relationship, precise location, shared history, or an actual encounter, and they are not safety, medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice. You must not use them to track, locate, harass, discriminate against, deceive, or harm anyone. Sending or accepting a request does not disclose verified identity or promise any real-world relationship; a connection requires separate consent from both people. You may decline a request, revoke a connection, block, or report. We may invalidate intersections, requests, or connections and restrict or terminate Cross eligibility for safety rules, report handling, eligibility changes, or a global kill switch. After opt-out, future matching stops and derived data is cleaned up under the Privacy Policy, except for the minimum records needed for reports, disputes, safety incidents, or legal obligations.
8. Fees and third-party payment
ColorCross offers Standard for free, along with Pro and Max paid tiers. Purchases become available when the relevant payment channel is ready. AI credits, storage, voice and video duration, and connected-device benefits are shown on the membership page. Before purchase, we show the product, period, price, benefits, effective period, auto-renewal status, and cancellation and refund path. Charging starts only after your confirmation. Available payment channels and their rules are shown on the purchase page and do not exclude statutory consumer rights.
9. Intellectual property
Copyright in the app and its original interfaces, illustrations, icons, copy, documentation and other works belongs to us or the lawful licensors. Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use these works beyond what the law permits.
10. Third-party services
Some app features depend on third-party services. Their respective operators provide these services under their own terms and privacy policies. The Privacy Policy lists the service categories, providers, information processed, purposes and accessible links to official information. If a third-party service is interrupted, changed or terminated for reasons attributable to that provider, we will make reasonable efforts to find an alternative or explain the impact within a reasonable time. We are not responsible for losses beyond our control.
11. Suspension, changes and termination
We may suspend, change or terminate some or all services because of product development, operational arrangements, security, compliance requirements or force majeure. If this may affect your rights or interests, we will notify you through an in-app announcement or push notification. We may immediately stop your access to some or all app features if: 1. You violate this Agreement or applicable laws or regulations; 2. A regulator or judicial authority lawfully requires it; 3. Security concerns arise, such as suspicious sign-ins, account theft or malicious use; or 4. You request account deletion. After account deletion, related data is deleted under Section 8 of the Privacy Policy. We are no longer required to maintain content you have generated on which others may rely, such as snapshots of links you shared.
12. Disclaimer
AI output may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Check it against original content and reliable sources, and seek appropriate professional help for consequential health, legal or financial decisions. Network, device, system scheduling or third-party failures may affect sync, reminders or task execution. Our responsibility will be determined by the cause, each party’s fault and applicable law, and we will provide necessary troubleshooting and user support. This Agreement does not exclude or limit our liability under applicable law, or your statutory consumer and personal information rights.
13. Liability for breach
If your violation of this Agreement or applicable laws or regulations causes loss to us or others, you must provide compensation as required by law, including direct losses and reasonable legal and evidence-gathering costs. Depending on the violation, we may restrict features, remove content, issue a warning, suspend your account or terminate service.
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
The formation, effectiveness, performance and interpretation of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first seek to resolve disputes through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring proceedings before a People’s Court with lawful jurisdiction. Standard terms in this Agreement do not exclude or limit statutory consumer rights. If an individual provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
15. Records, topics and device tasks
Records store life content; AI topics support ongoing discussion of a question. A statement does not become a fact you confirmed merely because AI cites it. Messages from human connections are handled separately from personal context sources for AI topics. Use the available controls to view, correct, exclude or delete sources. Before requesting a task on a connected device, check the target device, project and operation scope. A device task may access files and tools you authorized on that device; its results should not be treated as life records or personal memory. When offline, disconnected or affected by a third-party failure, rely on the actual task status. Sending successfully does not by itself mean execution is complete.
16. Identifying and distributing AI content
Distinguish your original expression from AI replies, interpretations and summaries. When publicly publishing work containing AI-generated content, declare that use as required by applicable law and the publishing platform, preserve required labels, and do not maliciously remove, alter, forge or conceal them or misrepresent generated content as a real person’s expression or a real event. A label does not establish accuracy or replace verification of facts, privacy, likeness rights or source permissions.
